WHO ARE WE?The name K2 Homes might be new to Bayside, but the knowledge and experience of the team behind it are certainly no strangers to the area.
In his continual quest to make improvements to the business operations and client satisfaction, director and company owner, Glenn Johnson decided to renovate the business, including a new face lift. Still registered as GJ HOMES but trading under the new face lifted version of K2 HOMES, we have worked locally in the Bayside area for over 18 years, and with over 50 years of combined industry experience in the team, we have developed fantastic working relationships with our preferred trades and contacts who have aligned with our values, vision and bring similar experience and knowledge of the area, creating a network with the necessary understanding and knowledge of the bayside market. With a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, the team at K2 HOMES understands the significance and importance of building lasting relationships. We listen to your requirements, and through our systems and processes can deliver clear and constant communication throughout the build, working together as one network of collaborative minds to deliver exactly what you want. Building or renovating your home will be the biggest investment you make in your lifetime.
K2 Homes understands the significance and importance of this investment. We believe the simple things to be so important but often overlooked. Matters such as communication, timelines and quality must never be underestimated and are reflected in our “7-Point Success Framework”. As a registered building practitioner, K2 Homes, by law is also required to provide Domestic Building Insurance for works valued over $16,000. This insurance covers the client if, before work is complete, the practitioner is deceased, is declared insolvent or disappears. It covers costs up to $300,000 to fix structural defects for six years, and non-structural defects for two years. |
