​Glenn or Johno…that’s how I’m known to my friends and that’s how you’ll learn to know me also. I have been actively involved in the Building industry since 2001 when I commenced a carpentry apprenticeship with a local Bayside builder, and still to this day work in the area.
​
Since that time, I have been exposed to a broad range of building styles including renovation’s, extensions and new homes, with a strong focus on period and architectural builds.  

This broad exposure in building styles has given me a valuable skill set in different building practices and a deep understanding of the day to day operations on-site, allowing me to create an efficient building process through intelligent scheduling and management.  

I personally oversee all project management of your jobs day to day running in conjunction with regular communication with the site foreman, and of course, I am always available to answer your call.

When work doesn’t require me to be here and time permits, you will more than likely find me clipped in to a rope on the slopes of a mountain somewhere in the Himalaya’s. 

I have been fortunate to climb on a few expeditions and to date the crown of my climbing resume is Manaslu, the 8th highest mountain in the world, at 8163m.

The prized climb though is K2, it might only be the 2nd highest mountain, but it is by far a much more technical and challenging climb than Everest and a serious undertaking.

Hi there my name is Teresa Kleeman, I was lucky enough to meet Glenn whilst travelling Europe a few years ago – we hit it off quite well discussing our businesses and how we could work together one day. 

Glenn and the trades like to call me T or TK, I have been running my own business Embracing Space since 2016 though I have been in the Interior Design industry since graduating from RMIT University in 2006 for ‘Diploma of Arts - Interior Design & Decoration.

I love all aspects of Design but my main strengths are Kitchen & Bathroom Design. Working exclusively only in Residential Spaces I enjoy the way creating and visualising makes me feel – happy, content and passionate. There is nothing else in this world that my heart & soul would rather do. The greatest reward is creating a dream space for my client and seeing it come to life and knowing that the client is thrilled with the outcome.

If I am not playing around with materials and thinking design you can catch me on my boat hitting the water sports in summer with my husband and daughter enjoying the beautiful Lake Eildon and I love catching up with friends enjoying brunch at my local café.

Hi, my name is Tristan, I grew up in the goldfields just outside of Castlemaine. It was here where I did my apprenticeship with a local builder specialising in high end and alternative architectural homes.

Not long after I completed my apprenticeship I left Australia to travel and live abroad. This led me to eventually settle in the UK and I spent the next 8 years living in London, working on a number of high end residential sites throughout central London.

At first as a carpenter but I soon worked my way up through the ranks as a leading hand, a foreman and eventually site manager.

It was in London where I met my partner, and now fiancee, Julie. She had always wanted to move to Australia and after COVID I was ready to return home too and set up a life for us together here in Melbourne. 

After a stint in commercial construction when I first got back to Melbourne I have now made my way back to where my real passion lies, in high end residential construction. And that's how I came to be with Glenn and the team at K2 homes.

Outside of work I spend my time white water kayaking, hiking in the mountains or fishing in the streams. I also play soccer for St Kilda Celtic FC and support Liverpool.

For me, it’s about more than just the work, I love building relationships and fostering trust through open communication. Whether collaborating with clients or teammates, I’m driven by a commitment to quality and a genuine passion for helping others bring their vision to life.  

Outside of work, I enjoy trying new restaurants, exploring different countries and cultures, and immersing myself in new experiences. These hobbies fuel my creativity and broaden my perspective, which I bring into every project I take on.

Hi there, my name is Jordan. I have been a carpenter since 2017. I was brought up into this industry from a young age & always loved every aspect of the hard work and fulfilment of completing projects along with the creative aspect. 

Starting with Glenn & the K2 team I soon realised there’s a serious passion within the company that looks to provide quality all round. 

Currently I am undertaking my Certificate IV course in building Construction where I look to further my skills & knowledge in the industry. Working with the team at K2 Homes is an exciting experience & always full of enjoyment on site. 

Off site I enjoy my time being at the beach having a surf & soaking up the sun while I’m at it! I love music & good quality food so I generally try to get out whenever I can in Melbourne or travel!

Hi everyone, my name is Artug. I was born in Türkiye and moved to Australia six years ago. I’ve been working as a carpenter for over four years, with experience in all aspects of carpentry, including renovations and new builds.

In my role as a carpenter at K2 Homes, I focus on getting things done efficiently and delivering high-quality work. My goal is to support the team and Gleen in achieving great results while ensuring client satisfaction.

I have a bachelor degree in Business Administration, but I realized an office job wasn’t for me. I enjoy working outdoors, doing physical work, and seeing projects come to life. Carpentry keeps me active, creative, and constantly learning, which makes it a fulfilling career.

​Outside of work, my wife and I prioritize staying healthy and exploring new places whenever we can. We’ve been practicing taekwondo, which helps us stay active and challenge ourselves. On weekends, we enjoy hiking and spending time in nature. We also love traveling the world whenever we get the chance.
